Commander of the 1st Grenadier Regiment, 1932–1933.
Chief of the Cabinet of the Minister of Defence, 1928–1932.
Head of the General Intelligence and Military Security Service, 1927–1928.

General De Grox received many high-ranking Belgian and foreign honours. This is what I was able to find. Most of them can also be seen in the photo above.
